Returns

Returns are only eligible if the request is raised within 24 hours of receiving the order.

To qualify for a return, the customer must provide:

  • A proper unboxing video
  • Clear proof showing that the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect from our side

If the issue is verified from our end, the return process will be handled smoothly and the customer will be eligible for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Exchanges

In situations where:

  • The customer is unsatisfied for personal reasons
  • Size or preference issues occur
  • No valid unboxing proof is available
  • The request is raised after 24 hours

Only an exchange will be allowed.

Important Notes

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition with all packaging intact.
  • Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.
  • Return/exchange requests made after the allowed timeframe may be rejected.
